NELP: National Employment Law Project

The National Employment Law Project (NELP), established in 1969, is a nonprofit focused on creating an inclusive economy for all workers. Collaborating with partners at various levels, they promote legal and policy solutions, research, and advocacy. NELP prioritizes the interests of Black, immigrant, and workers of color, supporting their rights to dignity, safety, and fair wages.

For this project, I was tasked with designing a series of posters that would relate to a human rights-related organization of our choosing. I decided to choose NELP because I felt a meaningful personal connection to their mission and goals, especially concerning those who are currently unemployed.

I truly enjoyed the process of making this project, as it provided me with the opportunity to challenge myself creatively by sticking to a limited color palette, which added an additional layer of complexity to my designs.
